my husband wonts me to go with him to his family house to celebrate the 4 of July I told him nope cause for 1 thing my in laws do not like that I am pregnant but I don't give a damn for 2 they they won't they brother to be with me #3 they think that I am controlling there brother ( lie) #4 they smoke and blow the smoke in my face , knowing that I am pregnant .

I'm with @mrsthig hell no! your husband needs to say something. I have 3 SIL who treat me bad like that and he tells all of them they're not welcomed in our home, around me, or around him until they learn to respect me. They still have no respect for me but when we have a baby they're all going to want to be around, nope, none of them will be there nor will they know when the baby is born.

@michelle685, don't bother with them and you should to tell your SO "going to have to get along" isn't enough you want respect or they don't need to be around and don't ask you to go around them. My mom is freaking HORRIBLE to my husband so I won't go over there and I will not ask him to go and my husband does the same for me. All of his sisters say that about me, how he can do better and he'll have to kill me to get away from me. Take it with a grain of salt and tell your hubby he needs to have your back. He CHOSE you, he got STUCK with them as a family. My husband tells me that everyday when I tell him to go out with his family. He always reminds me he CHOSE me and he loves us all but I'm more important and he would rather be home with me.
