I've had my bloods taken and they came back normal @abbiegale. I just make sure I carry a snack round with me incase my sugars go low xx my consultant said to eat carbs

she also said brown bread and things like that cos having a sugary snack makes your sugars spike really fast but then they also drop fast too, whereas slow releasing carbs lasts longer. hope that helps @abbiegale

You need to make sure you eat little & often when pregnant for this reason.

That was my "morning sickness" till about 16 weeks, and to a certain extend it is back again now :(
