I been getting cramping in my lower stomach along with lower back pain it feels like strong period cramps every 10 minutes at first since 11:00pm last about 45 seconds I don't know if those are contractions now it's 4:41am still happing but every 5 minutes or less I don't know if I should go to the hospital or its normal to be cramping

I had back pains and intense period like cramping before my water broke. Contractions for me felt just like period cramps.

ok cause what I was told contractions feel like just stomach tighting that's why I'm confuse if I should go to the hospital... I'm scheduled for a C-section tomorrow so I don't know @alexalexa

I would go in. they are contractions. they usually feel like period cramps

if your having a csection tomorrow I would go into labor and delivery right now. I'm also having a csection and my ob tells me if I start having contractions to go into the hospital right away. They don't want me going into labor. So if you feel like they are contractions just go in.

Definitely go in. I had the same thing going on and were contractions.
