I had my baby 3 days ago. well I've been feeling weird down there. like my vagina is going to fall out. I had to get stitches. and when I went to bathroom just now there was a stringy thing in my pad. can stitches come out or rip open??

Stitches can come out early. I've heard stories of women having their stitches for a few weeks, but mine came out 3 days after I gave birth. Still hurting too :/ I went to my doctor and he said it was normal and that I was healing well. Just make sure to set up an appt to have them check you to make sure you're healing correctly.
