5 weeks pp... I think I'm pregnant again.. I'm nauseous, crampy, headaches, no period yet. I fell everything I did when I was pregnant with my daughter. I cannot be pregnant again 😩 a child is a blessing no matter what but My body is technically still healing, not ready to hold a child yet. I'm honestly a nervous wreck

Those are all side effects of being post partum too.

Really? No one told me. But my doctor said it's super easy to get pregnant after you have a baby and I'm feeling everything I did with my last pregnancy so now I'm scared lol @mommy_faith

It is really really easy, you are extremely fertile right now. But The cramping is probably your uterus going back down to size, I'm 8 months pp and still haven't had a period at all, the headaches could be from lack of water or your hormones since they are still so out of whack, same with the nausea (your hormones effect like everything lol)
