My daughter turned 5 months today and I was going to start putting cereal in her bottle at night until I read a lot of the comments on google. Some moms were saying its not good to put cereal in bottle. I would love some advice or feel free to share your experience with cereal in bottle, or how you feel about it.

my daughter will turn 5 months on the 7th and honey I been putting cereal in her bottle since she was 3 months old . and she's perfectly healthy chunky lol but healthy no problems at all just buy the 3+ nipples for the baby's bottles .

theres no reason you can't start giving baby rice or cereal in there bottles. At 5 months if baby is taking a little bit of sold food or your just now wanting to start baby on food it's a good idea. baby will be constipated for a while because the body will be confused. but it will be okay. my daughter is 6 months I've been giving it to her since she was 3 months. An my oldest I started at 4 months.

I never did but I know it will fill her tummy up more so she will sleep longer at night time

I did that with my daughter, she was/is fine. I never game my son cereal, ever, and he's fine, too.
