Teething question: My 10 month old daughter has shown signs of teething before but nothing as bad as now (So, I'm definitely thinking that this is the real deal). She's been very fussy, biting everything, and has had swollen gums, but it doesn't even look like she has cut a tooth. So. My question is, how long does it take for a baby to cut her first tooth after having all signs of teething?

About a day or two. Give her frozen treats, like a popsicle, or even a frozen rag. I use orajel but not everyone likes using it, so the frozen popsicles or even freezing a damp rag will help sooth them. You can give her tylenol as well

(haven't had a baby yet so just a guess) @littlewillowsmommy wouldn't it depend if she has had the help of teething tablets to reduce the pain and fussiness and then chewi g on stuff to help it cut? I guess I have questions too.

my daughter started drooling&chewing; on EVERYTHING at 2 months...she started waking up in the middle of the night like 1 month ago...2 weeks ago i noticed her gum had split where a tooth was visible underneath...now her tooth is about 1/2 way out & yesterday she was solll fussy...screaming & fever & her 2nd bottom tooth has cut her gums...so to answer your question...once it starts i think it's a pretty fast snowball effect lol

I use stuff called pumpkin butt it's on Amazon. and it works plus it's all natural
