I am scaredd :(

I had my miscarriage 4 days ago where I passed the placenta and sac and also passed some tissue since then. I have been having some preiod like bleeding. Then the last 2 days only black spotting, now its bright red and thin with some very tiny clots. I am also having mild cramps. I am scared it will get heavy bc its more than I have had so far....why would it do this 4 days after I past mostly everything? is it normal? please I don't wanna go to the ER for the 3rd time unless I have too. Its really not heavy but looks like it will be bc it is so bright and thin. I am just so paranoid bc of what happened my last miscarriage.
