So I'm pretty sure that when I go into labor I want it to just be my boyfriend and me and whatever Drs and nurses. I don't want any family or friends not even after I give birth and we are all recouping. I just want it to be us 3. So we can bond and rest and not deal with a million visitors. Anyone can come visit when we are home but I just want us 3 to be able to bond alone. Especially since I barely get any time with my boyfriend with his daughters here I think it will be good for us to be able to do that.

That's exactly what I'm planning. Honestly I haven't even talked to my partner about it because it just seems like a given. I want my privacy and don't want anyone other than him to see me in that condition. And that actually goes against family tradition, but I think it would be so precious to bring the baby home and have everyone meet him there rather than them seeing him at the hospital.
