I'm in sort of a funny situation where I don't have a separate room for my baby to sleep in, so we're putting a crib in the corner of our already cramped bedroom...
I'm the kind of person that has dreamed of the perfect nursery for years and years....
So in order to keep my sanity, I need to make that one little corner of the room feel as much like the baby's own space as possible.
One way I'm doing that is by making this little banner, along with some other artwork. This is only 1/3 of the full banner, and it will go on the wall right over the crib in the corner.
If anyone wants tips on making one of these, let me know! :) It's a really enjoyable pass time, and really satisfies that nesting fever!
@missjess My partner and I will have just enough money to afford our baby, assuming we're able to get WIC. We don't plan on moving out of his parents house for at least another year. I really don't want to stay here much longer than that though, and I don't know what we would do with a 2 year old in the same bedroom as us...
It's good to have the baby with you at first anyways up to like 9 months or so. It helps reduce the risk of SIDS. I have WIC and am going to try and apply for other assistance because I left my job to move to my boyfriends. And I was unable to find another job and now I'm 8 months pregnant. But I want assistance so I can help out with food and I need some money for myself and baby. My mom is paying my cellphone bill so I don't have any bills to worry about right now. But just something to help out my boyfriend a little even if it's just food for all of us that's one less thing he'll have to buy. He has a good job but he has bills and child support so I want to contribute instead of feeling like a free loader.
