baby isn't moving much these last 2 days should I be worried 🙁? because I am..
@reeney, I know how you feel lol cause they look at us all confused like you're baby is moving quite a lot for someone who claims baby wasn't moving at all 😂
girl those babies live to make us look crazy 😂 mine does it too don't feel bad. The monitors piss them off. We're you contracting? :)
@bishop0301, I was so upset lol I was all I swear I'm not lying! she wasn't moving! 😂 @hermommy yes thank goodness she's OK she made me look like a liiiiaaarrr lol but that was before those monitors got adjusted after that she was all no no ill cooperate you want me to kick here lol
I'm glad you got it sorted out! I think all babies hate being strapped with those things. I went in because my baby wasn't moving a lot once and once he was strapped he was just everywhere 😂
so I just got out of l&d they kept me another hr because her hr was low I dilated to a 2 :) and they were able to get her hr to go up and discharge me. once those tight monitors got on she was not happy lol @bishop0301 @hermommy @savannahdrlng
If you're 40 weeks and baby has slowed their movement it's said to be a sign of labor. My baby was super active before and he's slowed down a lot. But everything seems normal when they monitor him. Hopefully this just means we'll be meeting him soon! But if it's really something you're concerned about just go to L&D :) better to be safe than sorry!
my baby does this too.. then it'll pick up the next few days I think she's seriously just cramped in there and doesn't have room to move around alot I get concerned too though. let me know what they say
yeah, the way it works here we go to the er and sign in and they send you up fto l&d with a room, bracelet etc. I believe if you normally just head to l&d thats what you do :) definitely shouldn't have to call though
do I just walk into l&d? lol and tell them what's going on or do I have to call? last time my Dr just told me to go in and I told them that. @hermommy and I'm getting some clothes on right now to go I've been a little to worried..
I'm a big baby when it comes to babies not moving so I always tell people call your doctor or go in. That something is right feeling could definitely mean something is up lol the stomach tightening is normally the beginning of Labor or could be a bh, but a bh can be stopped to where a real one would progress. Take a bath and drink water if that feeling goes away they were false contractions but if it continuance gets worse you know they're real.I'd go in anyway just with you being 40 weeks and baby not doing much to be safe
I just feel like something is up? idk my stomach will get really hard like a super inflated ball and I'll get some discomfort with it then it will last a bit and go away the other night I would get radiating pain to my inner thighs with it but not since then. and lol that's what I think is going to happen to me I'm going to be like no no I'm fine then bam painful death contraction lol I'm 40 weeks and scheduled for an induction on the 7th so I'm a little worried that the slow movements could mean a complication
you don't always know when your contracting especially if it's just starting out, I knew once they got painful as hell lol. But my Dr says 10 times in 2 hours now that I'm far along of course the rolls and pushing parts out count. Try drinking cold water, eating ice, spoon full of sugar <- prepare yourself they go crazy, orange juice coffee any thing like that if it doesn't work I'd go get monitored. if you start feeling like tightening or a sharp pain that radiates all over your stomach and into your back along with pressure that's a contraction, if you feel just off call your doctor that's the feeling I was having back in June something just didn't feel right
like she does a little small movement like 2 times in a few hrs and my stomach has been crampy and hard but every time I ask someone they look at me stupid and say "you'll know when your contracting " or "are you awake 24 hrs a day" how many times is she supposed to be moving now? I'm just all worried @hermommy
I was so upset lol i hate that since its my first baby they already don't believe you or look at you like really dude lol and yes but not a lot it basically was just picking up all her little wiggles and kicks because she was mad lol but her heart rate was what they were more concerned of @bishop0301 @hermommy
