besr thing for rib pain? honestly feel like i cannot cope its that unbearable?

just lying down babes. no pain killers will work... nothing... just lie down with either a heat pad or an ice pack. I've suffered for so so so long with it xxxx

im really struggling. im in tears with it by end of each day. its unbearable! can i use heat pack? i knt lay down too long as hips hurt then. but im still working too so its all just a nightmare :( @catherineln25 xxx

I was still working with it and had to go down to part time hours as I was exactly the same. my mum's an A&E nurse and has nursed for 35 years and she even told me there's nothing they can do. I've seen top doctors and mum's friends and they've all said no one can help me... I no exactly how you feel hunny .. not much longer to go! @tg123456789 xxx

i used to put ice on mine it mived her away from my ribs and eased the pain ccx
