I had it with my son but it was the opposite, I didn't want anyone to help me or go near him. I wouldn't even let his dad change his diaper and feed him or anything because I thought he would get hurt so I cried all the time because the thought of him hurting was just the worst. It was weird. PPD is very serious and it affects in many different ways.
Its just the feeling of being sad, & overwhelmed no matter what you do. It can turn into really bad thoughts towards yourself & baby. @rodriguezmaribel
You're welcome! it took a while, but I got some medicine from my doctor, and I just took the chance to relax and clear my mind while my daughter was asleep. its really hard to overcome. but its also something that your SO needs to realize its a very serious condition & he should help more. I mean I know he helps you, but just a little more won't hurt so you can get through this. you need a lot of support with PPD. @kingdamari
That's why I say when he naps, just walk outside and just relax or take a warm bath. I've been there, & I know its a feeling you don't want but it really just comes with the depression. Which is why you should really consult your OB bc its not gonna get better own it's on. & I'm sorry about your car 😥. just hang in there! @kingdamari
it's me and him all day in this house when my baby daddy get home from work he gets him for maybe 30 min my car got totaled the day I went in labor. I have very little physical help I'm exhausted nobody understands that I just need some time to myself
PPD can be very serious, call your OB first thing Tuesday, cuz I'm pretty sure they're closed Monday for the fourth. Its definitely not something that's easy to overcome, but they can recommend you talk to someone or prescribe something. You got this girl. just lay him down, walk away & take a deep breath. get you some fresh air & clear your mind. i know it's hard at first, but I promise you rock at being a mommy & he's lucky to have you as a mom. It really does get easier. @kingdamari
