I'm an emotional wreck today and I can't seem to grip it... poor George(SO) is looking like wtf is up with her.... literally I've been A-OK for a while but today is blahhhhh😢😠😩😐... I mean everything getting to me.. my man, the kids, the neighbors, their dogs, the sky, shit the heat, EVERYTHING!!!!!

the start of this week was rough for me too i couldnt get a grip it was like the world was ending & absolutely everything irritated tf outta me... in one day i took a shower & 2 baths in the dark with candles & music, it didnt fix everything but it help me calm down enough to atleast think alone & cry & sleep, so i reccommend a nice bath & bed. hope u feel better, it wont last i promise, but i kno its hard to believe right now. get some ice cream or something & just relax & chill if u can
