@bay_73 congratulations! Any tips on managing the pain and did you do perineal massage or anything before hand to prevent the tearing?

I didn't really tear I would have only gotten one stitch but they gave me the choice of whether I wanted it or not and I told them just to leave it alone. @scatrice
