going through it yesterday, if i had to do it again tomorrow i would xoxo... trust your body and babies body.. i did get the Epi.. but when it came time to push they weakened it to the point of feeling pressure and honestly my contractions pushed my 8 pounder out... my body did all the work and it was an amazing experience.
