Just saw there are now 246 cases of Zika in Florida , out of which 46 cases are in pregnant women. The problem with Zika in the U.S. is, no, we don't have it here yet, and yes l, it's being contracted outside the state - but it's summertime, ladies. Mosquitos are everywhere. All it takes is for ONE mosquito to bite ONE infected person and BAM - we are gonna have ourselves an epidemic. I feel blessed to have already had my baby - but I feel so bad for those who havent. Please stay safe and wear DEET containing mosquito products!

Thank you! There were a couple cases here in PA, I posted the news about it and some women were pretty much calling me ignorant saying it's not really here it's from people who have traveled outside of the U.S. Yes I get that, but as you said, All it takes is one mosquito to bite an infected person and pass it on.

You're welcome, hun. I actually worked at a Mosquito Research Institute; Pretty sure a Ive got more of an understanding of what's going on and what will happen than the women who want to say it's not a home grown case or that it won't happen. They will be the same women shocked and surprised and scared when something like that DOES happen to them. It's not a game or a joke. And quite honestly, they are the ignorant ones. Mosquitos are literally the most deadly insect in the world. Maybe not in America, but in other countries such as Africa. One bite can change some ones entire world.
