If it's on her face don't mess with it. It's baby acne and it will go away on its own. They even get out in they body. Also could be beside of the heat.
baby acne dont mess with it, it will go away on its own my son had alot because everyone kept kissing his face & it made me upset because sometimes people wouldnt wash their hands before touching him or they had bad breath when they would kiss him & it made him break out like crazy :( just make sure you keep babys face clean itll clear up soon

My daughter gets the same thing! No clue what it is though. 😔 But I did notice when I started keeping her skin more moisturized they decreased.

I have no clue either and ive been trying to keep her skin moisturized but I think the stuff I used irritated her skin I used johnsons baby lotion.
