do I have a right to be stressed that my power will be shut off in 2 days? I don't get paid tell the 12th so I'd be without tell then unless I get a loan hubby told me not to and said we don't need to get more payments onto what we already pay monthly but what am I supposed to do? for 10 days without electricity? the food that we have left tell the 13th would go bad I couldn't cook or charge my phone to have an alarm to be at work on time... all he cares is that he's agitated that he has no cigarettes and tells me I stress to much :( what else am I supposed to do hope something magical happens for us to have electric tell the 12th? I'm 31 weeks I csnt go that long without it

call and get an extention tell them that u are 31 weeks pregnant i dont think they can cut it off

they won't cut it off right away usually they cut it off when it's way past due. just call them and get am extention on your payment or work a payment plan with them and they'll do that. don't stress too much mama. I know it's hard. #apregnantstrugglingmother

@mommyof2016, darn. well just call them and see if you could get an extension. if not look into getting like a regular contract that way you have more time and could get charged a late fee rather then have to have it shut off right away. ugh the struggle is real.

I don't know your financial situation but I have been told that if your income falls in a certain category then you can get bill assistance from the government.

no ma'am I asked my father when our electric got shut off the first time and he told me he was leaving for vacation the next day... he still gets child support for me but never sends me any of it... and if i ask for anything for the baby he tells me I shouldn't have gotten pregnant young ibe been doing everything on my own fkr awhile now :( just this is my first house and im still getting in my feet. I don't even have the gas turned on yet we've been showering in cold water since we moved in last month

what about your boyfriend does he work or even try to help you? that is not something you should be worried about carrying his child.

yes he works and his check he gets the 7th had to go to work stuff or hell be fired we asked family they can't help
