for all you mommies who had a vaginal birth how long did it take for the soreness and burning to get better???

@1sttimemom2be, oh man. They gave me witch hazel pads and a squirt bottle for when I used the bathroom. I would definitely recommend the squirt bottle with warm water and try to get some witch hazel pads. I'm surprised they didn't give you anything. They definitely helped with the healing process
i got nothing for pain they told me take tylenol or mortrin if i need it
Used numbing spray, cold packs,and squirt bottles..i got all at discharge and take your pain meds also start taking colace now!
is there anything u used to try to cope with it im only a day in and it is excruciating! I dred having to pee pain isnt to bad its the burning thats killing me
