my 4 week old son wakes up outta his screaming cry what could be wrong???

Could be gas or poop. My little girl has woken up screaming because she was trying to poop this week.

Try getting some gripe water. It works really well for her.

Gripe water is a lot better than regular gas relief drops and you can see the difference automatically. Any place that has baby stuff should have it.
