Looks like the plastic is cracked...maybe during shipping(?) I'd call them, Pepsi is good at replacing products and will send you free coupons. I had a 2liter cut my hand open twisting off the cap and they sent me coupons for 10 free 2 liters.
Flip it upside down closed and see if anything leaks out, if it leaks I wouldn't drink it because you don't know what could be in it. If it doesn't leak and has carbonation when u poor it u should be fine.
