Yes I'm in iron pills the nurse said I was anemic they actually help a lot I use to get Charlie horses in my legs and I was so tired and they helped with them alot

I was put on iron pills by my dr yesterday she said I'm anemic and that's why im so tired and she doesn't want me to bleed any more than I need to when he's born

They told me my pregnancy is making me anemic.
