So we were planning to take over the house payments and having been paying them the last three months we have been living here with my MIL. She told us that it was behind and that she was talking to the company about doing modifications on the payments. Today she told us that she pretty much have the option to sell, pay the months that she owes or go into foreclosure. I'm worried but not as worried as my husband who is battling with depression. Everything freaks him out. Our son will be here next month and now we got to decide what to do. Only reason we came back was to help her with her bills because she lost one of her jobs. But she failed to tell us certain things until the last minute. Just asking for prayers.
