So my cat has been hurling himself at my stomach full force lately and it seriously hurts. I push him away and then he comes back and tries to step all over my stomach. Hes easily 15 pounds of muscle. Hes only started this since ive been pregnant.He used to be our gentle giant. But now hes rough and forceful only towards my stomach. I dont know what to do, hes very persistent even if we push him away, tap his nose, sometimes i have to grab him by the scruff of his neck before he will stop and shut him out of our room.Then he cries and claws at the door. If we let him back in he targets my stomach and jumps at me. Im afraid hes gonna hurt the baby by jumping on me like he does and im worried he will try to hurt the baby when he is born. We love him and dont want to have to re-home or give him up. But this behavior isnt going away and is slowly getting worse. What can i do to get him to stop? I need help!

That's crazy. Animals can definitely sense that you're pregnant.... I would definitely just keep reprimanding him and if it doesn't change I would be nervous about keeping him.... It's almost like he's retaliating because he knows there's a baby in your belly... Which does make me wonder how he'll be when you're LO gets here. I'm not an animal expert by any means, but he does know you're pregnant...

My yorkie lives with my mother she doesn't like me since i been pregnant. She will come to me when she first see me then she will put her paws on my stomach but will deal with me for like two mins. If I call her she won't come to me. I had her for seven years since I got pregnant she don't fool with me at all.
