EPO works to ripen the cervix. It doesn't start labor, and is safe as long as your doctor approved. 3 capsules vaginally at night is the best way to go.

yes exactly. Do it right before you go to sleep and use a liner otherwise you leak oil. The remainder of the oil will come out when you go to the bathroom.

I do feel it helped me to have an easier labor. I did it every night. I don't know a time frame for how long it took because i didn't really pay attention. But i used it from 35 weeks til birth

No it wasn't however of my 3 pregnancies it was my fastes and easiest labor. I believe it was the epo and raspberry leaf tea

Yes...i would take being overdue with an amazing labor than being early with a long terrible one lol. I hope to be as lucky this time again
