Today 37 weeks and 6 days 1 cm 50% effacement

bc your cervix and uterus is stronger with your first baby and the muscles

at 38 weeks I was 2cm now at 39 weeks just 2 1/2 🙄🙄

that could be why. an exercise ball would help
