Mommies I need your help for the ones that babies has or had eczema what did you use to treat it

With my little ones we used Aveeno and Eucerin products... they had a very mild case and it had to do with the weather.

Do you breastfeed? I cut wheat out of my diet and my sons eczema cleared right up
