Ugh ladies I delivered my baby two days ago. What do you recommend for this swelling?!

That's just how it's going to be for a few weeks. It really sucks! Just keep them propped and stay hydrated.

All the fluids that went into u are just draining out. Swelling will be pretty bad for a week or two there nothing u can do.

I had the same thing. got a little freaked out. it took a massage therapist coming to the house and about a week for swelling to go away.
