I dislike the men at my husband job. Trying to start crap with my husband because he's on light duty since he injuried himself at work. He's still a machinist on a machinist schedule, his shift is from 5-1:30am, but he is working with clean up crew (which their schedule is 7-4:30am) until the 5th. 5 people that don't even have any power is wanting my husband to be written up because he doesn't stay until the clean up crew leaves at 4:30am. He doesn't even report to clean-up crew supervisor. He reports to machinist supervisor which he has no problem with what my husband is doing. Even recommended for him to work with clean-up just so he gets his hours until he's cleared to go back to his machine from the doctor. Not to mention that the owner wants to fire clean-up crew but hasn't instead sent his son to spy on clean up crew so my husband is trying to help clean-up crew and telling them not to sit around like they do but clean anything and everything because of the owner's son being there. Oh and the guys that want my husband written up, one guy watches movies at work instead of working, another guy leaves in the middle of his shift to play soccer. These men don't even do their job all they do is start drama like high school kids. And the owner wonders why work isn't getting done. I swear if someone writes my husband up which only two guys there have the power to do so, I'll make my husband go to work during the day and talk to the owner of the company. Trying to write him up for working his 8 hour machinist shift and not staying until clean-up crew leaves. But all the men talking shit can walk around and watch movies or sit on their ass and play with there phones or leave to play soccer or leave to watch a movie with their gf or wife even leave because they don't want to work or best one I've heard is some guy left because his dog was having puppies. Are you freaking kidding me this job and the people that work there are a joke. Can't wait until my husband is back in shape so he can do a PT test and have his paperwork sent to higher ups so he can reenlist. I can't wait until my husband is part of the military again. Then he'll be working with men not children and he won't be waisting his time but actually there to do his job, get paid, and go home. I pray my husband is ready soon, I can't wait to be surrounded by military families and adults again. Sorry for the rant.
