I couldn't either but I laid on top of a pillow and it made it easier

at 38 I decided to have sex to make me dilate more I wasn't having sex as much either but 3 hours later I was in labor

@cynmoli I went in about 3 hours later I was 6 centimeters by the time I made it to the hospital
