Even if he signs his rights over, the courts will make him pay child support. They changed it. & if he takes you to court, the judge won't deny him visitation. they've become really firm with all this. @kingmom
I'm sorry I do get that, I read ur last few posts...I wanted the father of my first 2 to do that. I caught him in bed with MY COWORKER when I was pregnant with our 2nd daughter. I'm only half joking when I say go for the child support- it's the only help I get from him with our kids so I'm glad now I get that n he didn't sign them over.
No matter what happened between you and the father you shouldn't keep him from yalls kid they deserve to have a mom and a dad you didn't make the child by yourself
