U know it's scary when your sitting in NST and you ask why the lines in the chart jumped so high.. And they tell you it was contractions but your confused because you didn't feel crap.. Then they explain to you what exactly it was.. BH.. Then you realize u get them all the time but always thought it was just the baby pushing forward so paid no mind to it. Not realizing stress can cause pre term labor although not alway, so when you tell the nurse u feel them all the time and often she looks at you weird and tells you u have to pay attention to them especially if u get more than 4 in a hour....as if being a FTM in a NST isn't scary enough.. Smh. Thanks nurse.. Now I'm not only stressed and suffering from constant migraine but I'm nervous for the arrival of my child will get here before I'm mentally ready.. You know making sure everything is everything... 😩😩😩😁😁😁😔😔😳😳😳😳😳😳😳
