I've been putting mine in just a onesie with socks and a hat when we go out. In the house is pretty chilly cause the ac so I'll put a bigger outfit on him or a sleeper to keep him warm.

I would say just a plain onesie if he's outside with maybe socks. inside probably onesie, pants and socks depending on how cold your house it

When we're home my son is naked since we live in Vegas.

if you leave the house dress them in a short sleeve or tank top onsie. most of the time if i'm not getting out of the car i just leave my son in a diaper. he's 4 months but he sweats like crazy in this texas heat.
