A woman today told me i was stupid for not wanting an epidural.(i had posted a question about it in another app) I just dont understand how I could be stupid for not wanting a drug in my system that could get into my sons system as well. And after all its not like epidurals were always an option. Women gave birth without them for ages. Now im not gonna bash any woman who decides to get one, its their body and their choice, theyre doing whats right for them.But calling me stupid because i want an unmedicated natural birth? Thats just rude and ignorant.

I have so many people on my Facebook who also don't agree with me going all natural. That I'll change my mind and that they think it's an impossible task.

I plan to go natural when I get pregnant and give birth. Am I going to succeed who knos. I won't bash any mother for choosing either. If you can do it with out drugs then I commend u, if you can't then there is nothing wrong with it.

@rari, for wanting to go natural and great for all the other ladies to. I sure hope I can as well. I think pitocin is what cause so many women to choose the epidural but in my opinion it's not needed if u don't start with artificial drugs to began with. I think pitocin is worst for ur body than a epidural from what I have been reading but what the heck do I know. I do know one think I don't trust doctors and sad thing is hospitals just love to go the medicated route it's normal easier for them and fast. Ladies u all need to watch Netflix the business of being born. Very good info
