So viewed the lovely 2 bed flat and we have a very little chance of getting
It because we don't have any one to use as a guarantor despite having plenty of funds.. and we have to wait another week until we find out if my OH gets the job he recently got interviewed for to see if we could get it then. So we are both slightly gutted because it means we are stuck in my mothers house until the council sort us out. Also means until mums dog is rehoused which doesn't look like It will be anytime soon.. Means I'll have to keep the baby upstairs all the the time which I didn't want to do :/ need a miracle so fed up.

why wouldnt either of ur parents be a guarentor for you? @robotunicorn
uve still 5 months so i wouldnt stress just yet nor would i depend on the council either it doesnt work like in the olden days.. unless ur next in queue or homeless ull have to wait. best to private rent x

Because my mum doesn't own her house and my dad is in a care home. My partners parents passed away a long time ago. I don't have 5 months.. I don't know wether you've seen my previous post but me and my oh have been trying to get my mum to sort her house for ages it's not sanitary and for a number of reasons. It's a problem we've been trying to sort long before we knew we were having our little one. My oh has a flat but he's worried about me using the stairs. We've decided we will just have to hop between where he lives and my mothers until we sort something xx
