I ate bland foods for about the first week after I had mine out. And now I eat pretty much whatever I want and don't have any problems

I ate anything! after the first day and it was great... I had lived off peanut butter sandwiches the month before my surgery I was miserable... the day after I literally ate a whole Bento box with white rice salad edemame and sashimi... 😊
