So doc appointment was dissapointing yesterday! Baby boy Kason still has not dropped, and is still moving quit abit, so don't think he's ready to come yet. the only good news I got was I lost a pound since my last appointment a week ago. lol. looks like some off road adventures tonight, some more sex, bouncing on a yoga ball, and lots and lots of walking for the next week. lol.

So threw up the brew but still having some contractions. I suppose it will help dilation.
Sigh so I guess my appointment for Friday to get monitoring is still on .

How do you know if you are dilated? Does your water have to break so you can be dilated? I'm 38 weeks and I still don't feel labor stuff lol
