Can anyone please tell Me how to do the chamomile tea for colics?...My Babygirl is 3weeks old and can't fall asleep 2nd night in a row. TIA

What I usually do is heat up some chamomile tea, & mix it in with my sons formula. Pretty much use it instead of water. It helps my son.
