tired of still having my post pregnancy weight. ive been trying to work out but havent got any time to myself because my son always wants to be attached to my boob, always wants to be held, and cries if i put him down. breastfeeding isnt really helping like i thought it would. i can only pump 2 oz total per day. how do i get more milk? am i doing some thing wrong? how do some women get days and days worth of supply??
The mothers milk tea is actually pretty decent and does help me bring in more milk.. Also eating oatmeal in the AM helps. @arlogreyson
