so.. I'm a little over 3 months PP, and just recently started having lower back pain, and my stomach is uncomfortable, almost like cramping, but it feels a little different. it's not unbearable, but it's noticeable, I'm not sure if it's from carrying around a 14lb 3 month old, or the epidural I had 3 months ago.. what do you ladies think it could possibly be from? 🤔

it could be your hips adjusting.

I think it took me about three months for it to start too. I nursed so I chalked it up to that
