My kids didn't have this done and they don't have any of those problems, I would rather hold my baby and start BF than let them lay there with their placenta. But everyone is different. Some women out their placenta into capsules and take them. Also not for me.
@babes101116, you can hold them and bf while they're still attached. some women push it out and leave them attached while some let it come out on their own and hold them.

its beneficial, I plan to do it but it doesn't mean the baby won't have those problems like the lady said her baby won't have.
