What time do you guys go to bed at night? I'm always exhausted by 8:30pm after a long day at work. I feel lame 😒

Yup by 830 were all tucked and cozy!! I usually will lay in bed and play on my phone or watch tv for a little .

I usually go to sleep not long after I put my daughter to bed which is anywhere between 7:30 and 8:30. Don't feel lame, I'm sure we've all been there.
