@gallyzephie8715, swelling of feet is common during pregnancy. just ask your doc at your next visit about it. mine is due to water weight and can't stand or walk for long periods of time.

My ankles started swelling for the first time last night at the drive in theater. I assume it was due to dehydration. I was dead tired and falling asleep and too tired to drink things, plus I was distracted by the movie. But I'm worried it could happen again and get worse and I really don't know what to do to make it better.

sounds good. take it easy and chug the cold water. thatll help to.

i dont plan on getting out of bed ubless i gotts pee. feet staying up. @kayla471 .... I was sitting outside to eat dinner and it's all water Weight. @hugoandrosiesmama

@littlemissc, is it from walking too much or something else?

drink plenty of water and elevate them the rest of the night

@shentges1991, they've only gotten this bad in the last week or so.. @gina819 no I'm not. I only walk when I can/want to/have to. I can't handle more than a few minutes of walking and standing. thankfully my job is seated and I can have my feet up.

r u on bed rest? u should be if not. u should not have to stand or walk unless it was absolutely necessary. I feel for u hunny. 😯😟
