Yeah typically it's done towards the end of your pregnancy. :) I have been monitored once a week since I was 30 weeks and everything is good(: It's just to make sure baby's okay. And to see if you're having any contractions. But it's not painful. They just strap monitors on your belly and you just lay there for like 20 minutes or so :) @amazingjlo

Make sure you eat before hand so baby is active! ☺️ I'd try eating something cold like ice cream or whatever you've noticed gets you baby moving :)

currently doing Nsts 2x a week. Super easy you literally just lay there with the belts and monitors as sad above by @vb95. As long as baby cooperates you should be done in 20 minutes. I've had to stay longer because they can't believe I'm 37 week's and not having any kind of contractions lol. so I'm usually there for about 45 minutes. @amazingjlo

it's a non stress test to monitor the baby's heart rate and it monitors you if you're contracting, I had to get them almost every week after I was 32 weeks
