wait so is mucus discharge supposed to leave your panties soaked to the point u want to start wearing pads or should i be concerned....its soo much! sometimes when i wipe i think the toilet paper touched the water, its so drenched *scratching my head*

Mucus discharge should not soak your panties call your dr or L&D they may want you to come on in and be checked out

My discharge easily soaked my panties over an hour or two, but I was sweating a lot when I was in my 3rd trimester too, so that was probably part of the problem.

you could be, or your water could be leaking, it's a possibility. put on a pad or a panty liner, the general rule is that if you soak through it in an hour or less then you should go to l&d and get checked.
