Well ultimately it's up to you at this point. One way I test myself is to put her in the stroller adjust everything and take a minute to think if you feel comfortable with it or not.

Whenever you're comfortable with it. My daughter was a month old when I put her in hers. However hers turned into a bassinet. But I think your daughter will be okay in the stroller without the car seat

Well my daughter is sitting up now and is 8 months

Anytime you want. I used the car seat for the first 2 months then just used rolled receiving blankets down his side and by his head.

I never used a car seat stroller, I just put a blanket down in stroller so my son would slide around
