wow. today i feel so rubbish. my feet, ankles, lower legs are just aching like mad. bump feels so heavy and also aching. my back kills. im having no joy at all -.-

feel so sick, major acid, aching, can't move, feel so ugly, fed up and sat crying on the edge of my bed like a 3 year old toddler!!
