When your husband tells you he needs two hours of alone time everyday. .. I'm kinda heart broken :(

yes he works nights. so i feel like im always lonely. he says it's my hormones. I feel like he is just trying to hurt me. Idk what to do to fix us.

I give my husband alone time one day a week. We don't have kids but it's healthy. He works 4 on and 4 off, so he spends a day of his choice with his friends, a day just catching up on sleep and 2 days with me. I love our system but every couple is different.
