i rarely get on this app lately mainly because it bothers me badly to see more woman trying to induce labor early especially before 39 weeks.. 😡........if baby isnt ready they shouldnt be forced to arrive early.......im really trying to relax and take it easy so that my baby girl doesn't arrive early and im worried that she will arrive early anyways.

But full term is anything after 37 weeks. Also some women on here probably have no choice but to get induced.

the new study is that the babys brain is not fully developed untill 39weeks. @desi87. i didnt mean if they get induced i ment if they just try to self induce at home even if they are perfectly fine and can go longer.

That's true what @desi87 says. Don't worry about other people's babies. I'm sure no doctor will ALLOW induction if baby isn't ready..If by baby isn't here by the Saturday before she is due (Aug 13th) I'm scheduling an induction like I did with my first..Why? Because my husband is in the Army and I don't want him to miss the birth bc of a mandatory Jump School training..

@mrs.rcleveland, oh ok I understand but I was told anything after 37 weeks your baby is developed. My cousin just gave birth at 38 weeks and she's a full term baby and everything was fine. Trying self induce I'm not with lol. My great aunt just told me recently to drink raspberry tea lol but I'm not I'm patiently waiting on my son when he's ready

I can understand trying to induce after 38 wks but not before that
